[备份策略]批处理压缩指定目录文件
1、批处理压缩目标下所有文件为7z
echo on
for /r %%F in (*) do (echo “%%~nF” && “C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe” a -t7z -mx=9 -ppassword “%%~dpnF.7z” “%%F” )
2、压缩指定文件为zip格式
“C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe” a -tzip -mx=9 -ppassword 20200112_090851.zip 20200112_090851.m4a

好长时间没有更新，最近又想起来了，准备把这个当作学习日记用。
今天更新了服务器上的php版本到7，在百度找到的都是这样修改的，但没成：

1、从github下载SourceCodePro字体。
2、打开sublime text2，点击“Preferences/Settings – User”，弹出如下：

在第一行后增加如下行：

对“银联与卫计委全面推广金融IC居民健康卡”的几点理解
“23日，在昆明举行的2014中国卫生信息技术交流大会上，中国银联与卫生部统计信息中心签署合作框架协议，共同推进金融IC居民健康卡惠民应用创新服务。双方试点合作将进一步扩大，未来将共同联合商业银行和医疗机构，在产品设计及标准制定、医疗便民方案开发、多功能增值服务应用等领域深入合作，全面提速IC居民健康卡推广应用，并为金融IC卡在更多公共服务领域应用带来示范效应。”
理解：
1、银联和计生委应该主要是在金融领域，尤其是在新农合、诊疗预存领域。
2、河南开始铺的面比较大，发放进度一般；辽宁今年要求比较高，省卫生厅推进力度较大，但合作银行均为大行，本地银行实力不足但仍会有反弹；其它地区多是试点形式，新农合的资金力度让银行的参与不高。
3、诊疗预存模式，卫生条口的利益在医院，金融条口的在商业银行，落实起来难度还是比较大。
